Your data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure, including Cloud Run and Cloud Functions hosted in the australia-southeast1 (Sydney) region. We apply industry-standard security controls including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Data retention

We retain account and operational data for as long as your organisation holds an active account with us, and for a reasonable period thereafter to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

5. Sharing of information

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following circumstances:

• Service providers — trusted infrastructure and software providers (such as Google Cloud) who process data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements.
